In order to achieve food security & improved nutrition in tune with the sustainable development goal number the Foundation and II of UN Development Programme
Every month, Dr. M S Sunil personally provides food kits (grocery) by visiting the respective malnutriented families including, elderly ones, widows, HIV patients, cancer patients etc. The programme was started during the year 2008 with 30 families and now to 100 have families residing in Pathanamthitta, Kollam & Alapuzha districts. It is supported by the family group in Dubai, DISHA and the other expenses are met by Dr. M.S Sunil herelf. Each kit consists of rice, cereal, sugar, coconut oil, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, toilet soap, washing soap, biscuits, bread, coffee powder, tea powder, turmeric powder, wheat flour, rice flour, mustard, oats, vegetables etc.

"Nanma Virunnu" (A Feast of Goodness)
It is a monthly programme in collaboration with ― DISHA, which provides provisions and grocery to 100 selected families in Pathanamthitta and Kollam districts. The programme is carried out without publicity, visiting the homes of these families individually.
Distributed 140 Love-Buckets
With some help, Dr. M S Sunil distributed 140 love buckets in a colony at Edathitta, Kodumon. These love buckets contained house hold materials including food materials, calculator, radio, books, pen, dress, soap, and other essential utensils.
"Karuthal" Project
Every year during Christmas and Onam, Dr. M S Sunil is distributing rice and other materials to poor people in various colonies in Kodumon, Churulikodu, Chittar, Attachakkal, Keerukuzhy, in and around Pathanamthitta, and to the families who were given the houses (68 families, tribal areas, HIV patients).
